Level 2 In Depth Self-Defense Class:

• Build on the foundational techniques of Level 1

• Good for graduates of Level 1 and current Karate students in our program

• Learn techniques for how to escape from holds, grabs, pins and chokes

**Participants must complete Level 1 before attending the Level 2 Course. Exception for students currently enrolled in our Karate Program.

Open to ages 14 and up.

This Seminar costs $25 or you can attend Level 1 & Level 2 for $45.
